Hot water accumulator tanks BAGV-50 m³ are used in residential and industrial applications for hot water storage, maintaining the required temperature conditions, and ensuring water pressure under peak load conditions.

The Saratov Reservoir Plant possesses all necessary certificates of conformity for the manufacture of BAGV tanks.

BAGV tanks with a capacity of 50 m³ are manufactured from sheet steel with a thickness of 5–16 mm, depending on operating conditions. The steel grade is selected based on customer requirements and in accordance with

GOST 23118-2012 (“Steel building structures. General technical requirements”) and

SP 16.13330.2017 (“Steel structures”).

The tanks are delivered to the site in full factory readiness.

The manufacturing process includes preparation of wall and bottom plates, rolling of the shell, and welding with the bottoms into a single корпус (body).

The chemical properties of water require the application of an enhanced anti-corrosion coating on the internal surface.
