Compressed air receivers (air collectors) are used in pneumatic systems (as part of compressor stations and gas preparation lines) at industrial facilities and production lines for accumulation. They ensure uninterrupted supply of the product in case of downtime or when consumption exceeds compressor capacity.

Manufacturing of compressed air receivers at Saratov Reservoir Plant

The Saratov Reservoir Plant has the necessary certificates of conformity for the production of air receivers and storage vessels.

They are manufactured in both horizontal and vertical designs. Performance and functions do not differ. The advantage of vertical design is the minimal footprint, allowing more efficient use of space.

Special wear-resistant steel grades are used in production, providing high strength characteristics for long-term and reliable operation. In particular, steels such as 09G2S, 12Х18Н10Т, and 10Х17Н13М2Т are used.

Internal and external surfaces are treated with special protective coatings to prevent negative effects of the working medium: priming, galvanic coatings, and powder coating are applied.
