Hot Water Accumulator Tank BAGV-200

BAGV-200 hot water accumulator tanks are used at thermal power plants, boiler houses, and other heat supply facilities for storing treated hot water and compensating peak loads.
The Saratov Reservoir Plant manufactures BAGV-200 tanks taking into account all operational requirements. Upon customer request, piping systems, instrumentation, and automation systems can also be supplied.
Manufacturing
Design and production comply with:
GOST 23118-2012 (“Steel structures. General technical requirements”)
SP 16.13330.2017 (“Steel structures”)
High-strength steel grades are used, including
09G2S, St3sp, 12Х18Н10Т, 10Х17Н13М2Т, ensuring reliable operation at high temperatures.
All steel materials are sourced from certified suppliers and come with quality certificates.
The production process includes fabrication of wall, bottom, roof panels, ladders, and service platforms, followed by welding into the required structure.
Automatic double-sided welding is applied to improve weld quality. After welding, surfaces are cleaned, sandblasted, and inspected.
Internal surfaces are treated with anti-corrosion protection in accordance with
RD 153-34.1-40.504-00, using sealing compounds, zinc-rich coatings, aluminum coatings, etc.
Auxiliary structures are coated with primer and enamel.
At the construction site, the tank is assembled by unrolling the wall onto the bottom and installing the roof. Thermal insulation is applied after installation.
The final stage includes hydraulic testing by filling the tank to its maximum level.
The delivery package includes the product passport and installation documentation.
